Your application process is seamless and straight forward. Once you have applied we will provide you with a choice of tour fee payment options that include a secure online service. By applying you are signaling your interest in the tour but does not imply any obligation or commitment to join the tour.
The application process:
(1) You complete the Kiwirun Application Form
(2) We contact you within 3 working days confirming receipt of your application
(3) Decision Point: Once you have read through the confirmation letter and we have answered any questions or concerns that you might have, it is time to pay your US $300 deposit to secure your place on your particular tour.
(4) Confirmation: Once the deposit is paid, we will contact you to ensure everything is organized. We will also send you detailed information about your particular tour includung a detailed itinerary, meal details, links to the best flights, athlete support information, and an athlete response form designed to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
(5) Pay your your tour fees: The balance of you tour fees are due 1 month before the start date of your tour. Please read our terms of service page for cancelation policy information.
(6) Communication & Support: In preparation for the tour we are interested to hear how your training is going and what information we might need to know to best support you while you are in New Zealand.
